What to include.
Anything you want. But if you’re not sure what’s useful, these help me come to the first call prepared:
- What kind of company you’re running, and roughly what stage
- What’s prompting you to reach out now
- Which of the two conversations feels more relevant — EOS implementation, pre-exit, or “not sure yet”
- Anything you’ve already tried
